How to contact us, what to expect first, and how quickly we can move.

How quickly can you start?

For urgent jobs we can be on site within 48 hours. For planned work we'll agree a start date that works around your schedule — usually within the week. Get in touch and we'll tell you exactly when we're available.

Do I need to be home during the work?

Not at all. Many of our clients — especially landlords — hand over keys and we handle everything. You'll get daily photo updates throughout so you always know what's happening, without needing to be on site.

Do you work weekends/bank holidays?

Yes — we're flexible around what works for you. Weekends included. Particularly useful for landlords working to a tight void period who need work done outside of business hours.

What we do, how we do it, and what to expect during a job.

What services do you offer?

Painting & decorating, kitchen installation, bathroom renovation, flooring, plastering, mould remediation, plumbing, electrical, and full property renovations. Whether it's a single room or an entire property, we handle it all.

Do you leave the site clean?

We leave every site cleaner than we found it. Furniture is protected before we start and all waste, packaging, and off-cuts are removed on completion. You'd never know we were there — except for the finished result.

How quickly will I get a quote back?

Same day for most jobs. We typically respond within 2 hours. For larger or more complex projects we need a site visit first to get an accurate quote, but we'll tell you that upfront.

Can you work around tenancy dates?

Yes — we understand void periods cost money. If you give us your dates we'll work to complete the project on time, so the site is clean before the new tenants arrive.

Do you work on HMOs and managed properties?

Yes — we work regularly with landlords managing multiple properties and letting agents with portfolios.

Are you fully insured?

Yes — fully insured for all work we carry out.

What if I'm not happy with the finished work?

We come back and fix it. No debate, no charge. The job isn't finished until you're satisfied with it. We've never left a job unfinished and we don't intend to start.
